Background: Primary dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain that felt in the absence of organic disease.Hypersecretion prostaglandins, especially PGF2a and PGE2 increased uterine contractility are themain causes primary during menstruation women. Omega 3 can reduce painby reducing levels prostaglandins menstruation. besides aerobic exercise be done as one wayto severity dysmenorrhea.Methods: This study used a literature review method using comprehensive strategies such searching forarticles research journal databases, through internet, reviewing articles. The data databasesearch was Proquest, Pubmed, sciencediretct.com, Elsevier journal. inclusion criteria this studyare British journals discuss physiology, omega 3, exercise, dysmenorrhea. Theexclusion were international had been published over last 5 years in2021.Result: Based on results, it clear regular significantly reduceprimary due to progesterone. supplementation because inhibit prostaglandin productionConclusion: Aerobic duringmenstruation
